Traction5 is paving the way for mentorship groups to build deeper connections by way of optimizing mentorship workflow and organization.
Our Mentorship Stories events are designed to bring together a collective and provide storytellers a means and a platform to do so. The spotlight is on showing the impact of mentorship and what makes it such a valuable tool in today’s world.
Introducing Mentorship Stories - an event where a panel consisting of founders and mentors, moderated by a program manager, gather to share their experiences, success and failures, and what they’ve learned throughout their mentorship journey.
Our main goal: To show the impact of mentorship and to spotlight the critical component that makes mentorship work: the people. We're providing the means and the platform to bring those people together: people who need to hear the stories and those who have lived the stories. Our secondary goal is to nourish the relationships between PMs, founders, mentors, and Traction5 by helping each one gain a better understanding of what role the others play in the mentorship process.
Expected attendance: Around 20-30 participants Target audience: Newcomers, veterans, and everyone in-between in the mentorship industry. Program managers, business founders, mentors, mentees, leaders, supporters, anyone with an intrigue and a desire to learn and be motivated by new perspectives.
